If I Finish The Intel Ccaf, And Start A Cyber Ccaf, Do All The Credits I Had Transfer To The New Ccaf?

If Pme Would Up The Contact Hours It Would Count, But Pme Is Designed To Meet The Needs Of The Af Not The Needs Of Ccaf, And They Feel The Time Spent On Speech In Pme Is Enough Already.
